LISTING OR SALE
At VirtAssist TN we don't nickle and dime you to death. It's the same flat fee for a listing or a sale. If the listing doesn't sell the listing fee converts to an upload charge only. If the listing sells, but the deal falls through, there is no additional charge when the next buyer comes along. If a sale falls through there is no charge. When it comes to a sale, we get paid when you do.
MLS UPLOAD
What if you don't have the need for the full services of a transaction coordinator at this time? What if what you just need is someone to jump start the process by getting the property up and live on the MLS? We can do that, too.
RENTALS
We have one flat fee to process a rental which includes paperwork to a pro active follow up at the end of the lease. Uploading a rental listing to the MLS is the same fee as an Listing upload fee.
